What is Hannah Simone's ethnicity you ask?

Let's admit that we were all wondering what Hannah Simone's ethnicity is... It's okay because she's  used to it. The Canadian actress who plays Jess' best friend CeCe has commented that throughout her career people have wondered what her ethnic background may be:

But for the record, her father is Indian and her mother is half German-Italian and half Greek-Cypriot. She spent her early childhood in Calgary, Alberta, but has lived since the age of 7 in such countries as Saudi Arabia, Cyprus, India and England.

Justing Long Talks About 'New Girl'

Justin Long was recently interviewed by EW.com about his 3 episode story arc on New Girl. He had nothing but nice things to say about the cast and crew. Liz Meriweather also seems to be quite fond of him but, really, aren't we all? When asked about this favorite moment he had this to say:

We do this sex scene. I know I’ve never done anything like that before. I can’t repeat what we do, but she’s doing stuff in that scene that was making me laugh so hard. I’ve always been proud of the fact that I can hold it together and I rarely break. It’s a point of pride for me. I laughed so hard filming this one scene, more than I have in the last 10 years of professional acting. (EW.com)

Jess and Nick: Jake Johnson Has the Scoop

After last week's episode pretty much everyone is wondering how long until Jess and Nick will hook up. CNN recently had a chance to sit down with Jake Johnson who plays Nick and he had this to say about his characters budding romance:

 “I think what it is between Jess and Nick is they're just really keeping tabs on each other,” Johnson said. “I think Nick would have to be in love with her for so long that it would have to be like a gas tank overflowing. But I don't think right now Nick would have the guts to do it."

Well, this is sad news - or good news depending on how delusional you are: Zooey and her husband Ben Gibbard have separated. I guess sometimes a celebrity's fictional life can mirror her private life. To get over her ex, maybe Zooey should move in with three guys of various professional and ethnic backgrounds.

Next New Girl? November 1st - S1E4 'Naked'

Despite being the number one new show on Fox this season, no new episodes are scheduled to air until next month! Gahhh... how frustrating. Instead, they'll be showing an extra long episode of  X-Factor which I most certainly will not be watching. Anyway...  the next episode is called "Naked" (sounds promising) and will hopefully make up for our acute and unexpected Zooey-deficiency.
